I don't know if it's been mentioned before but I recently stumbled across the Synthesia program at:
http://www.synthesiagame.com/Although the program itself isn't anywhere near as good as Piano Booster, it comes with a load of MIDI's that you can use inside Piano Booster - just set the first instrument to be the Left hand and the second to be the right (by right-clicking on them).
Very useful, basic tunes that gradually progress and work better in Piano Booster than they do in Synthesia!
