Changing sound (MIDI program) in Fluidsynth

Is there a way from within Piano Booster to change sound (MIDI program) from the default piano sound to any of the other instrument sounds in the soundfont of Fluidsynth?

Yes, there is. In the dialog window reached via menu Setup -> Piano Keyboard Settings there is a section called Right notes where one can choose sound.
